LACOBEL – glossy lacquered glass
The glass is lacquered with float glass, which acquires its colour and opacity (partial or complete) during the process of applying the lacquer to the back surface of the glass. The combination of light and colour creates an original and impressive material that enhances the character of the interior. It is widely used as wall covering, furniture and wardrobe door element.
Lacquered glass cannot be tempered (with few exceptions). A protective function in many cases, however, is well served by a protective foil applied to the lacquered surface.
